A regional planning partnership of municipalities,
agencies and stakeholders has been formulated to address natural, man-made and technological hazards that may occur in Hudson County. In order to identify and plan for future
hazard events, we need assistance from the residents of Hudson
County. This questionnaire is designed to gauge the level of knowledge
local citizens have about disaster issues and areas vulnerable in
your community to any type of disaster. The information you
provide will help coordinate activities to reduce the risk of injury or
property damage in the future.
This survey consists of
23 questions and will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
